Featuring Ed Patrick of The Companions of the Quaich*

Expert and founder of the Companions of the Quaich, Mr. Ed Patrick, will regale everyone with stories, humour, and the how-to's of scotch tasting. Ed is one of Canada's foremost authorities in all aspects of single malt scotch, hosting dozens of tastings each year and regularly leading trips to Scottish distilleries. As bourbon has continued to increase in popularity, Ed will guide us through an appreciation of 3 scotches and 3 bourbons.

A tax receipt will be issued for the maximum amount permitted.

*A Quaich is a traditional Scot drinking vessel for whiskey; its distinctive style of shallow bowl and shapely "lugs" is reminiscent of medieval times.
